Network hospitals control their own pricing and may incorporate referral arrangements into the rates they quote to patients. Scope of Services

• General information on identifying hospitals officially authorized by the Turkish Ministry of Health
• General information regarding Turkish health tourism regulations and patient rights
• Introduction to hospitals in the Yardim.us network, upon registration and as consented to at sign-up
• General guidance on travel requirements and logistics
• Remote, non-certified translation support for general communication assistance

All information and guidance are provided in good faith and based on publicly available and professional sources available at the time of consultation.

Client Acknowledgment & Limitations

The client understands and agrees that all decisions regarding hospital selection, medical care, procedures, travel arrangements, and any related services are made solely by the client. Nothing in this consultancy constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. YARDIM.US LLC does not influence medical decisions, provide medical recommendations, or interfere with healthcare providers' professional judgment.

YARDIM.US LLC is not responsible for the quality, outcomes, performance, safety, or results of any third-party service providers, including but not limited to hospitals, clinics, physicians, travel companies, accommodations, or transportation providers introduced through or associated with this service.

Translation support, when provided, is intended solely to assist with general communication and does not replace certified medical or legal translation services.

The client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes related to their healthcare, travel, and related arrangements.

Governing Law

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.

This consent is recorded at the time of registration. Your data is not shared with any hospital until you complete the registration form and check the consent box.

Commercial relationship: YARDIM.US LLC may have referral arrangements with hospitals in its network and may receive a fee if you proceed with treatment through this service. This is fully disclosed on our website and at the time of registration. Your data is not shared with parties outside the Yardim.us network without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

We use Formspree (formspree.io) to process registration form submissions. Formspree is a third-party form processor and handles your submission data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
